Dr. Ioannis Aslanides is the Founder and CEO of eyeRadar, bringing over 30 years of expertise in ophthalmology and eye-tracking technology. He holds an MD and PhD from Cornell Medical College in New York and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Ophthalmologists (F.R.C.Ophth). With an MBA and extensive experience as a surgeon ophthalmologist, Dr. Aslanides founded eyeRadar in 2009, driven by his personal mission to help children with reading difficulties after his own son's late dyslexia diagnosis. He is Clinical Assistant Professor at Weill Cornell Medical College, has over 300 scientific publications, and has pioneered the development of AI-powered eye-tracking assessment tools. Under his leadership, eyeRadar has grown from a research concept into a patented, scientifically validated platform transforming dyslexia detection worldwide.

As a published author and recognized expert in operational excellence and data-driven value creation, George provides eyeRadar with strategic financial guidance, investor relations expertise, and the discipline needed to scale a health-tech startup into a global enterprise.
